I think I'll be covering them with a garbage bag (the ones with the draw string) and taping them tight to the pale. We will see how it works. If not i'll figure something else out.

Hi James.

Tape can be a problem if the humidity is high. After a while it looses its stickyness and fails. Try cable ties if you can work out a way to get them to hold it together.

Could i sudgest getting some hydrogen peroxide to add to the rez/system to help as a preventative measure against root slimers. Its cheap and the peace of mind it gives if you cannot check on the roots regulary.

If you transplanting plants from soil to hydro then you will need the hydrogen peroxide to nuke the nasty organics that are just waiting to set up camp in your system. (think you said you were transplanting from soil to hydro, if not forget this an sorry for mix-up).

Ya.. I might use Ducktape but not on garbade bags put a tarp instead. Ya i think i'll pick some hydrogen peroxide at the drug store next time im out.. I'm gonna put all my new stuff in my other thead so everything is on 1 place
