This was amazing the last couple of years, it has great food with an atmosphere to match!

I'm interested in taking part in the Chili eating competition at the event this year, any idea how I'd go about this?

From what I remember from last year you can sign up during the day of the competition. Did you try looking up their website? Unfortunately this year I'm going to miss it as my missus booked our holidays for that weekend...she has no consideration for my chilli feelings
