Sriracha Mayo Sauce

Post by mrprogress » Tue Feb 06, 2018 5:25 pm

I will take it that a lot of people on here have come across Sriracha sauce a lovely thai sweet garlic hot sauce previously reviewed in this section that I for one have held a long affection for.
I had never seen this before though so picked up a bottle to try. For those of you who know Sriracha sauce this is pretty much what you would expect. Granted it would be easy enough to mix up your own blending Sriracha hot sauce and mayo but this is handily ready made in a squeezy bottle. Well I love it, absolutely lush stuff really great for sandwiches, grilled meats, chips etc anything you would have mayo with really but with a wicked garlic and chilli kick. Not so hot that you cannot lash it on to moisten up a dry sandwich which it will really liven it up in a delicious way. Highly recommended. This one is the popular Flying Goose brand made in Thailand, 20% chill, made with Soy oil not eggs suitable for vegans. I paid £2.69 for this 455ml bottle the same size as the regular Flying Goose sauce bottle.
