Walkerswood Hot Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce

This is a classic Scotch Bonnet sauce, all good ingredients apart from some potassium sorbate as preservative. Lots of scotch bonnet - it's the main ingredient after water - and a lovely C. chinense flavour, not too salty or vinegary, and a good kick, not silly, as per Encona pepper sauce. My aging conservative taste buds are slowly concluding that West Indian sauces are the best.
