Cholula hot sauce original

Ingredients: Water, dried chillies 5% (Arbol & Piquin), salt, vinegar blend (spirit/cider), spices, stabilizer (xanthan gum)

This sauce is from Mexico via Sainsburies and has a suitably slightly tacky Catholic style label perhaps accidental or it's it cleverly supra-subliminal - the wooden top is quite nice; all of which is neither here nor there:

Right on to the flavour review: Pleasing enough, adds flavour to many dishes, almost slightly ketchupy feel, think there is cumin in there. Think Mexicans tend to use mild chillies for most things and certainly this is a mild rather than "hot sauce".
Bottom line is ok but rather underwhelmed, not that immpressed and I wouldn't buy this again
