White habanero (C. chin)

An attractive stocky bushy (wider than tall / flat canopy) plant with short internodes and chillies ripening to a very pale yellow; but sadly the fuit size is diminutive (mostly like petit pois-green peas upto a few perhaps a small acorn size) so ate many of these whole as a kick – there’s not been any problem with flower drop but some how there’s a heck of a lot of flowers still without fruit (mid october) so yield in numbers not hugely numerous and running out of time.
The taste test – there isn’t really the pervasive habanero smell or taste or rather it’s a little subdued or hab-lite – maybe not as fruity or sweet and not really as good if you really want a value judgement but it is different at least to take the positive spin; it’s really the yield that’s a problem (if it isn’t the individual plants genetics) and rules growing it again out; everything else works for me. Hot but not totally volcanic.

Just started to grow the white habanero so not too sure as to what to expect. So far very small but bushey little plant, 6ish inches tall with loads of small flowers. I've trimmed back on the side leaves to get them to bush out even more. Growing inside the house and waiting to see what happens next.
