Trinidad Perfume

Post by oldman »

I've tried twice to grow this variety and haven't been able to get anything. I've had no problem with other varieties as long as the seed is fresh, but this one's tricky for me. I've used new seed from two different sources, but nothing germinated. If anyone has experience growing Trinidad Perfume I'd be glad to try again if someone can recommend a good seed source and tell me what's special about this variety.

Nothing special about it. It’s a reasonably commonly grown variety, often sold in UK Garden Centres. You say you tried seed from two different sources. Were they reputable sources, as in not unknown sellers on eBay?

If you have had success with other varieties, this should be no different.
