All our products are handmade only by Kathy at our home in Drayton, Norwich, Norfolk.
To ensure quality and consistency they are all made in small batches, without skimping on
good fresh ingredients, they all have a good clean fresh flavour of the individual chillis used.

some of the 14 products on the Government allergy list. We adhere to the good food preparation and hygiene practices in place to avoid any cross-contamination from every day use.

Jalapeño Coriander & Lime Chilli Jelly

Jalapeño Coriander & Lime Chilli JellyThis is our mildest chilli jelly, it has a very fresh clean flavour of green Jalapeño with added fresh coriander leaf and lime juice. Made with green Jalapenos. Great side of plate relish and goes well with hot and cold meats and excellent with cheeses, can also be used as glazes or melting into sauces etc.
